the last time i emailed a complaint to someone, it involved the plot of the mamma mia movies

 

Also, in terms of long lines, that does suck but do you ever stop to consider why that might be? Maybe they had call offs and had to make due, maybe people were on their lunch. Also, clearly you aren’t the only person who thought to get food, see a movie, go to the store etc. so it’s not like you’re the only one waiting. This isn’t to say there’s always a good excuse, some places just have terrible service or don’t staff properly, but usually if there are long lines it’s due to unfortunate circumstances. Trust me, I hate long lines just as much as you do.

Eh. Emailing corporate about a negative experience is nothing though. It's not like somebody is going to get written up or something. They ran out of chips and you get free chips the next time. It's just not a big deal to write the email and it's also not a big deal to the actual company.

I’m not saying it will affect that company or those workers at all, I’m saying I can’t imagine caring that much.

Edit: also not saying there’s never a reason to send an email or file a complaint. There’s 100% is. All I’m sayin is....it’s chips

I’ve argued with a cashier at McDonalds once, a situation in which they were legitimately wrong about the cost of my order by about $5, and I still was nervous af since I basically never do that
