I work in the deli of my store. I get this all the time:

"I'd like some turkey"
"What kind/brand of turkey would you like?"
"Oh just give me whatever you think I'd like best. You're the expert."

Okay but I don't know you, nor am I an expert on what kind of food a complete stranger would like to eat.

Omg dude the “You think im lying?” shtick is the absolute worst. The other day I had someone say they found white paper towel in their popcorn. Ok, but, we don’t even carry white paper towels/napkins behind the stand. Which we told them and they said the “so you think I’m lying?” line and it’s like, no, but it’s just not possible that it was us lol. And lol at it being .49 cents. It’s amazing what people will do for basically nothing

I have to be back at work Monday and I got peak season coming for online shopping so i'll never see the world for a while.

I told @ComedownMachine he could be my uber but he has to pick me up at 10 and get no sleep at all.(his plan)

I just uber over to the venue and he has to just come later and actually sleep.(my plan)

We’ll see. Off at 2 and gotta make sure my room is nice and tidy for dumbass @ComedownMachine . I either do that tonight or I wake up early and do that tomorrow morning before work. I’ll prolly do the latter.


Also, I don’t hate life. I dislike my job. And it’s strange to go from absolutely loving my last theater job to finding very little to like at this one. but at the end of the day I’m getting paid and I always have the freedom to quit whenever I want. I’m more just baffled by how dumb people can be.

 

I will say though, all the stress from school and work is terrible for my body. I’m probably at the heaviest I’ve ever been and I keep on breaking out.
