I was a little worried the men's draw would be a dud with Novak and Roger out and Rafael not at his peak, but the young guys have stepped up. What a tournament!

Tiafoe hasn’t learned that Alcaraz can get to any ball on the planet if he wished

    If Tiafoe’s serve was like… 35% better.

This match would be in its third hour if Tiafoe could hit his first serve

Yeah, can’t wait for his serve to get better, we’re going to get some great matches when these guys age into 25-30 range

You know you’ve been following tennis a long time when you’re convinced Tiafoe is almost 30 and he’s only 24.

    Alcaraz is something special.

Right?! Really kind of feels like we’ve finally turned over a new leaf with this tournament

What a career. It was a pleasure to watch him play through the years. I know its corny to describe his playing style as graceful and beautiful, but it's hard to come up with any better adjectives. Just a master on the court.

That got me as much as Serena's announcement did. Truly an end of the era. At the end of the day, Djokovic and Nadal will have more Slams, but I don't think anyone has ever played tennis as beautifully as Roger did.

No hate for Roger obviously but Roddick losing to him was the most frustrated I've felt for an athlete lol

The 2009 final where Roddick was only broken once at 14-14 in the 5th after having two break points up 14-13 literally hurts to think about to this day.

    2004/2005 we’re just Federer masterclasses.

Glad I stayed up for it but it was really emotional. Federer was crying almost as soon as the match finished.
