I’d totally love for him to do something like Memento or Insomnia again but that probably never happens
I can’t wait for this son of a bitch to detonate a real nuke for the movie, only for the scene to be boring as shit.
I enjoyed Tenet, but I definitely want him to scale it back for his next one. That doesn’t sound scaled back.
For a little while there was a page on IMDb showing his next movie might include Kelly Marie Tran, but I don't see that this morning. Anyone else heard about that? The title escapes me, but it may have been called Paranoia.
An Oppenheimer biopic sounds smaller scale than a time-traveling stop the end of the world spy flick, but maybe that’s just me.
Just finished watching this again now, fully focused on headphones, with subtitles; I like it a good amount more now than I did the first time. How fast a pace the movie starts out in is jarring at first, but I got used to it quickly. Having seen it once before I mostly knew the mechanics of the time inversion, but there's still a bunch of it I can't wrap my head around. Sucks that they forced the movie to come out when it did, instead of waiting a year; feels like the movie landed as a complete dud, and will have nowhere near the impact it could have had with a normal rollout/marketing campaign. Oh well; time to watch several Tenet explanation videos on Youtube
Haven't seen this yet but viewed several clips. Is the audio really that bad? Watching like twenty minutes of footage I can't say it's difficult to follow what's being said. Does it depend on the sound setup you're using?
No its fine, the BRAMMS drown out some of the exposition, but they are letting you know the time for nerd talk is over and the action is about to start, don't even worry though there will plenty more exposition in different exotic locations around the world.
yea I already know who directed the film. At least the filming locations around the world thing might be a relatively new and more interesting delivery method for Nolan exposition. Intrigued to experience the bombastic convolution in full via my new digital projector soon
