Nolan's movies obviously don't have the jokes that Marvel movies do, but the guy himself is not humorless. He's actually a big absurd comedy fan. Have you seen the letter he sent Jorma Taccone & Will Forte congratulating them on starting production on the Macgruber show?
well, it's 32 reviews on RT. I assume it'll look at least a bit different than 88 once the states get to it, especially since i can imagine the uk is likely more generous towards nolan than others
Definitely expecting there to be a lot of people writing reviews just to bash the movie because of their distaste over how WB has chosen to release it.
Here are my predictions: 1) Embarrassing domestic opening weekend 2) It leaks online 3) HBO Max announces you can pay $30 to watch it at home 4) Higher quality leaks 5) It stays in whatever theater is open 6) In a post-vaccine world, it gets re-released in theaters as a special event 7) Profit?
