Trailer doesn’t do much for me but I’m sure I’ll see it when it’s streaming somewhere. No way in hell I’m seeing it in theaters.
If U all want I’m happy to go see this movie opening day and then transcribe it for you. But I’ll probs be baked and it won’t make no sense
I very much so want to see this on a big screen. I also very much so will not feel comfortable going to a theater in quite a long time. If this comes out this summer, or even in the fall, I might try to go to, like, a drive in or something? But, otherwise, nah.
Knowing what we know about Nolan’s payout structure, WB would be beyond moronic to release it in the middle of the pandemic. But I very much doubt that there’s a world where it doesn’t premiere in theaters. They’re just going to have to delay it to the fall like every other movie, and then delay it again when it’s clear that this won’t be over by the fall.
I’ll wait as long as it takes for this thing, I am not going to be happy if the only way to see it for the first time is at home.
Gonna suck if this gets released before I'm comfortable going to a theater. I've seen all his movies on opening night since TDK, and they're always some of my favorite theater experiences.
Every time I see talk of a big movie being 3 hrs, I think to myself, "wouldn't it be dope if intermissions were a thing again?"
Didn’t see it, but when I saw the 2001: A Space Odyssey anniversary IMAX release, loved having that intermission. Great chance to use the restroom, and great narrative device to have you sit on a certain story beat.
