Tell me when to let go

How do you guys know when to let go and quit?
I am feeling stress these past few days due to my job and I'll be honest with you guys I am not motivated with my work anymore. It helps me grow in some ways but it also gave me a doubt on my capability as a person. There's too much stress and pressure happening around and I don't want to die young. I need a breather and a life. Do you think that it's time for me to go? I have lots of pending application online and there's nothing wrong if I give it a shot.
