I was convinced I did not like them for a long time, then I heard a song from so Jealous on Veronica Mars and the hook was in me

 

Looking forward to this, I really need to revisit Heartthrob.

 

I forgot how sad of an album it actually is. It's like you're dancing and then all of a sudden you start crying and you can't stop doing either thing

 

Does anyone else have some favorite performances from over the years? I'm really into the piano ballad version of The Cure and the performance of The Ocean with Owen Pallett.

The Con has been on my "need to listen" list for a while now, but I'm lazy. I'll try to listen to that and maybe Heartthrob before this new song.

Can't get over how emotionally significant Sainthood is to me still. I know The Con is usually mentioned as their emotional record but songs like On Directing, Red Belt, The Ocean, and Sentimental Tune hit me so hard.

 

Really digging the new song.
