the fact that they mirror the Coldplay video with this one

 

For a band who had an all-timer hot streak for 4 albums, they’ve really seemed to lose their way post-Heartthrob for me. Very much hoping for a return to form.

 

The Con-Sainthood-Heartthrob was an insane three album run. The last two albums didnt do anything for me, but Yellow has got me really optimistic about this next one.

 

Agreed except I'd add So Jealous and make it an insane, 4 album run. That record isn't my overall favorite of theirs (that's Sainthood), but it was my intro to them and holds up so well

 

the con and heartthrob are two of my favorite albums ever, so i'll always check out anything they do. their last two aren't my favorite, but still have some songs i really enjoy. i did not like fucking up what matters really at all, but like yellow a lot, so we'll see if this continues the trend!

 

Love You to Death was good, but just a slight decline in quality. It's hard to keep up streak of albums like that.

 

I'm Just Like You was a good album
