Finally watched all of S3 in the last couple days and I thought it was a really good ending and they don't need to do more. The cast is amazing but there's no issue with leaving it be, especially without Sudeikis. This wasn't a perfect show by any means but it was amazing in all the places that really count. Lovable cast, good jokes and meaningful drama (for the most part) will be this show's legacy over too-long runtimes and a bit of sloppy/rushed writing every once in a while I'm really excited to see what Sudeikis does after this especially
