We almost just fought right now cause my eyes went too fast and I thought you said Roy’s family. As in Phoebe

 

Rupert, Rebecca, Jamie and Roy have probably all done shittier things than Nate and Ted is lowkey stalking his ex, not saying Nate is in the right

 

Not bringing this up in terms of shittiness, just something I keep thinking about - MAN was that a punch to the heart watching Keeley react to Roy asking who the leaked video was for

 

Yeah, that was well done by the actress who’s name I forget

 

Her handshake was too firm

 

If Nate didn’t start doing the spitting thing I think he might be redeemable

 

Jason’s comments on the Eisen show are not any different than what they have been saying for a while…they have finished writing the story that they meant to tell. Beyond that, I don’t think there is a plan in any type of direction.

 

Finally caught up on this incredible show, but wanted to post a quote from an episode not too long ago that really make me choke on my water.

Leslie: “Even with Zava, Richmond eats more ass than your mum”

Coach Beard: “Buddy, you gotta get off Twitter”

Leslie: “This is a text from my father!”

 

Wait people love those rich assholes?

 

I don’t think any Roy is looking at anything remotely close to a “redemption arc”

 

Is Jade unable to convey anything? She has this blank, completely emotionless look on her face 95% of the time. It drives me crazy. I thought this episode started off poorly, but ended up being decent. Nate is still the worst. Maybe he can save a litter of puppies from a burning building in the finale.

 

he also didn't correct Rupert this time when he mispronounced it as Wonder Kid

 

I’m pretty sure she is supposed to be like that lol

 

Yeah, I don’t think it’s the fault of the actress—she’s written that way. But that’s not to say it wouldn’t be nice to learn more about her because she seems like a blank slate rn lol

 

I have a theory that Jade is Rupert’s estranged/abandoned daughter from his youth but I have no evidence, just a hunch

 

if they do that, everything people have been saying about this season sucking will become true

 

Jade seems pretty guarded, but I like that. There aren’t many people that way on this show, it’s refreshing to have a character be a little more reserved and quietly observant

 

There would be more fanfare if this was the last season. Unless Apple is just really really bad at marketing which we all know isn't the case.

 

I don’t mind jade being more reserved or expressionless, but I still wish there was at least some small inkling she was into Nate before they abruptly got together. I suppose her personality can cover for that, but still felt like a clunky story turn.
