Also, zero percent chance a show gets the rights to have a Beatles song performed and they just have a snippet of it played in the background.

 

I really like the trajectory of Nate's character this season. I think it's very realistic.

 

I hate it because he hasn’t spent a spent a single second engulfed in flame.

 

I've been kinda meh on Nate's story but I liked it in this episode.

The Hey Jude scene also feels like the exact type.of cheesiness that only this show is capable of pulling off. It dragged but I loved showing Coach Beard's "should I take advantage of this absolutely perfectly relatable situation?" facial expressions

 

I thought this was quite easily the best episode of the season.

 

Wondering if he proposed and she said no.

I mean, I don't like Nate either but yeah, it's pretty realistic that someone who is sometimes shitty also has good things happen to them sometimes

 

The nate redemption arc was more guaranteed than ted making a corny joke, so its fine i guess.

Jamie is my favorite character in this show. I’m fine with redemption. I’m fine with grey. Nate can screw.

 

And it’s not like I’m naive. The Nate redemption story was more obvious than water being wet. Of course they’re gonna redeem him. Of course Ted is gonna forgive him. Doesn’t mean I do lol.
