I messaged the press person for Ted Lasso about the possibility of merch. I got no reply, but I hope that at least put a bug in their ear.

Half way through season 1 and I'm in love. Glad it didn't reuse too much of those skits.

Links to good knock offs or merch? If I didn’t have kids I’d just take a day over this week to rewatch the whole series.

This is a show where most of the vulgarity feels forced and it would’ve been the same show without it. Def could’ve been a family show.

The swearing and moments of dirty humour seem pretty true to the characters to me. I feel if it were toned down to American network TV standards, it would make quite a difference, but in that scenario I’d agree it would fit nicely at NBC

Show is legit perfect how it is. Doesn’t need changed at all.

The vulgarity is worth it for the part towards the end where Ted finally curses

And the fans at the pub, too. The vulgarity is integral to a lot of aspects of the show

That's why this show works so well. Because it actually portrays the characters as people actually are. It's not vulgar for the sake of being vulgar and it's not clean for the sake of being clean. It just uses the right dialogue when appropriate.

As far as vulgarity goes, if it aired on network TV, you could bleep it the words like they on NBC with "The Office" and "Brooklyn Nine Nine" and it would still hit just as hard.
