Man fuck Nate. Great finale

 

S1 > S2, but not by much. I loved this season on a similar plane and what I REALLY love about the show is that it doesn’t take the easy, convenient, typical way out of its plot lines. I’m conditioned to feel like I know where a show is taking me and Ted Lasso always seems to zig when the rest would zag. Not in some crazy, out of left field way - it just continues to take the route less traveled.

It continues to do so in the finale.

 

For a second when they said they were playing brentford I thought they might lose because brentford was just promoted.

 

The hidden Chevy Chase joke killed me.

 

I thought the finale had a pretty weird vibe?

 

Anyone else find Nate’s hair extremely rapidly turning grey to be a bit much haha

also he is so un-menacing that the close up at the end plays like comedy

 

Fuck Nate all the way to god damn hell but Nick Mohammed was great this season.

 

Through two seasons this is prob one of the best shows ever
