I forget when it happens but it kind of sounds like the actor playing Roy Kent has a little trouble doing his voice, like maybe he was losing his voice or something.

 

think that was my favorite episode of the series?

 

preferred last week. not my favorite of the season so far, let alone the series. nothing this season so far has been as good as the liverpool episodes

 

I caught that too. It's gotta be hard to do that gruff yell for most of your lines

Dubai Air episode was great!

 

Felt kinda weird watching this episode in 90 degree weather with our AC and fans blowing during it haha. I'm looking forward to revisiting it when it gets closer to Christmas though. It was sweet as hell.

 

Just keep your AC on extra high and bundle up in some blankets - similar effect

 

of course Rebecca would get Elton in the divorce haha
there should be a show that's just Roy beating up small children
the French believe having a beautiful woman around is good luck, that wasn't true for the Helter Skelter murders
mom there's 2 white people at the door and they're smiling

 

This is back from July, but Brett Goldstein (Roy Kent) was on You Made It Weird with Peter Holmes. Fantastic listen. Very funny. Even a cool ghost story.

I enjoy how they’ve been hinting at Ted and Rebecca falling for each other for these past couple episodes. Not feeling Nate’s story so far this season. Love how we’ve been getting to know the minor characters more.

Coach Beard’s face when Ted said he believes in communism was priceless.

Episode was a bit messy, but Roy Kent is still the absolute best.

I expected the Dubai Air protest to be a multi-episode arc that would be a touch more serious than usual. This rom-com themed episode coming right off the Christmas episode flirted with being almost too saccharine for me, even for this show, but the episodes have all been good so I don’t mind.
