Looks like Pandora was able to grab contracts with Sony and UMG, but no Warner music yet. Pandora signs major labels as it looks toward long-awaited on-demand service
The fact that people use Pandora when Spotify has a free option blows my mind. The fact that people pay for Pandora means there are idiots among us.
Does anyone know how/if it's possible to jailbreak an iphone 5c?? I need to use it while waiting for my 7.
Not sure if this is the appropriate thread, but I couldn't find anything else related to my question. I recently bought a smart tv. I tried to steam some shows I watch via the wifi, but it tells me to download the app for iPad. Which confuses me because its not an iPad. The brand tv I have doesn't have the app. The only other option I can think of is get an HDMI cable and stream from my computer and just have it projected on my tv, but I rather not do. Anyone know how to help with this dilemma?
What tv do you have and what app are you trying to use? Also unless your tv has that app available to download your only bet is to do it from a laptop.
It's sharp brand. I wasn't necessarily trying an app. I went on the actual web site and it doesn't have an app available (for drama fever). I also have throuble connecting to xfinity online. It takes forever to load to the point where I give up.
^ came here to post this... hands up if your work day just got 8000% more frustrating with GitHub down
Basically this. We utilize PagerDuty and GitHub and a few of our customers utilize Dyn... so this isn't a fun day so far.
Ugh. Thankfully we don't use Dyn and our client-facing app is unaffected, but I was planning on spending most of today doing code reviews & merging a bunch of stuff, which is so frustrating right now. And Spotify, too... maybe this is a sign that I should finally switch to Apple Music, haha.
Lolol! Luckily for me Spotify is working without issue! So I'm at least able to jam to the new American Football while shite hits the fan.
NICE. Spotify's been spotty (heh) for us all day, but I've got a download of Kevin Devine's new album from yesterday, so I've at least got something new to listen to!
Looks like it's affecting SoundCloud, too. Guess I'll have a lot of comic book news going up on my site today instead haha.
So I have a group chat with a couple of friends that started on FB messenger until one of them deleted FB and is now through text. We had talked about possibly doing Slack or WhatsApp. One of them is going to China for the next month for business and cut his cell service off and said he'll have WhatsApp and email to talk to us. I've used Slack to talk to other people and really enjoy it and all it's integrations. Is WhatsApp similar or should I just be forceful and create us a Slack channel?
WhatsApp is for small groups and for free calling and messaging. Slack is for business, organizations, or otherwise larger teams. Wouldn't make sense for a small group of friends really. For this purpose I think a group chat on WhatsApp could work, and it's both desktop and mobile. It would be easier to manage as well. WhatsApp Features Slack: Be less busy
I guess. I use Slack to talk to a bunch of people from here and I like all the integrations we done to it to essentially bull shit with each other. He used Slack for his business because I said how fun it is to use with friends.
I cannot STAND the fact that Google is pushing AMP pages in their mobile search results. I hate that thing with a burning passion, and if there was a way for me to go into my Google account and disable it for all my search results and other features of my account, I would do so in a heartbeat.
It stands for Accelerated Mobile Pages... this explains it pretty well. How Google Is Speeding Up the Web by Changing How It Works
