It would actually be a violation of many laws if they did keep your data on their servers... just saying

I haven't done this in a while so I can't remember...but if I copy files from one flashdrive to another, will it ask me to skip the duplicate files? Will it automatically override them? Or will it make a 2nd copy of every file that's already on the receiving flashdrive?
yeah it’s all based off the file names, so if the files you’re transferring have the same names as files on the drive you’re transferring to, then it will prompt you if you want to skip them or either replace or add copies
If you're on a Mac, you could go to terminal and run: and run that. It'll just copy over things that aren't on the destination drive
IM FREAKING OUT! I was creeping someone fb that they reactivated. Someone I’m not friends with because I’m trying to find out certain info. Anyway on my end it shows “recently viewed” on their public post. My mind went straight to thinking they’ll find out I viewed their profile and I should have done this with my fake account I don’t use for anything but lurking really. Internet says you can see who viewed your page. HOW TRUE IS THIS?
I installed Windows 11 just now as a joke and honestly it's very good but also a very lowkey upgrade.
I was surprised when my 2 year old computer was deemed incompatible but it seems it has to do with a security chip that's now required which my ASUS doesn't have. what system did you get it up and running on?
self built pc, also asus/AMD based. Mine wasn’t compatible at first either but all it took was enabling TPM in bios. but yeah they’re supporting win10 until 2025 and so far … why bother
@Jason Tate ATP was talking about wanting exactly what you built with the #nowplaying shortcut! Let ‘em know!
Very happy with my choice of getting an S21 a few weeks ago. This thing is so fast and the in-display fingerprint scanner works great. 120hz display is definitely the way to go. I might switch to iOS when they finally migrate their displays, but I'm quite happy with this in the meantime.
120hz is coming to the iPhone Pro 13 in September. We would have got it last year but apparently Samsung reserved the screens for their own products.
I know this is going to sound awfully contrarian, but I would rather not waste battery life on 120hz?! Like I work on a 144hz screen but on my phone? big ole shruggo emoji
Judging from what was leaked last year I believe Apple will activate 120hz on and off for the user depending on app usage to help combat that. No doubt about it though it will drain battery more either way.
they have like a variable refresh rate screen in the watch, I'm assuming that's what the phone will be doing too. also I think it'll only be on the pro.
Yeah, Samsung uses adaptive refresh rate so it isn't on 120hz 100% of the time. It lasts me the day, so no complaints so far. Having the screen at 1080p vs 1440p like their old phones helps, too. You can always turn it off altogether, too
Idk where I’ve been but good laptops are like 6k now? Sheeeesh. Might have to wait awhile to upgrade my old shitty one.
