i work in news. i have covered taylor the past 3 days. i am also watching the livestream.

When you all say "the Livestream" you just mean random TikTok videos of the same show you can watch in HD on Netflix.... Right?

This livestream is a little different because it’s the last night of the tour, so we are watching/hoping for an announcement of some sort during the secret songs, which the countdown is for.

And it’s not the same set we can watch in HD on Netflix. There’s a block of songs that aren’t in the movie. (TTPD)

Discourse like the last page of this thread makes me feel like a casual fan of an artist who made my favorite album of the 2010s, haha. The only shows I followed closely other than the one I actually attended were the first show and the one where she debuted the TTPD set.

 

What does touring look like for her going forward?

I don’t think you can follow up this tour with something similar. It almost has to be centered around new material, she’s absolutely not a catalogue artist yet.

It might be interesting to see her completely do a 180 and do a residency around a new project with a fully immersive experience, the Sphere makes sense from a size standpoint but it’d be cool to see her maybe go a bit smaller.

The most interesting thing to me will be how she intends to correct the scalper issue for the next tour.

 

She has no reason to correct the scalper issue, she doesn’t have strong morals about it like the Robert smiths of the world or even her friend Jack.
