Part of me thinks that she learned her lesson during Lover about singles having potentially negative impact on a rollout, and an artist of her size having absolutely nothing to gain from a single. I wouldn't be surprised if we don't get one, but also, it seems like she announced slightly early if there isn't going to be something else to keep it in people's minds for the next 1.5 months.

I believe there was 2 months between the announcement and release of Midnights and she didn’t pre-release anything for that album

 

I always thought "This Is Why We Can't Have Nice Things" would have been a NFG song. It's got pop punk written all over it.

This Is Why We Can't Have Nice Things/We Are Never Getting Back Together mash-up was a fun, albeit random af closing song on the Rep tour.

 

Kesha 's Little Bit of Love also is basically a fun. song, but Nate actually co-wrote that one. Granted, Jack co-wrote and produced TIWWCHNT of course, so both songs have a member, but I always think of this two songs in the same thought

 

After listening to the podcast , my expectations for this are sky high. Pop Taylor is the best Taylor

 

I feel like the media is doing a bit too much prying for information because why are we asking Margaret Qualley, whose husband had nothing to do with this album, if she knows anything about this album? Especially since it seemed like she was unprepared and put on the spot.

NFL starts in a few weeks. All she needs to do is show up (or not show up) to some games.
