yeah. Granted the selling the tickets option is still somewhat tempting cause they are going for bananas (similar seats are 1500 and those are the cheap seats) and neither of us are Swifties With A Capital S we just like her music (like anyone with ears and a heart) but idk, it really feels like it’ll be a once in a lifetime experience so I just wanna go and have a lot of fun not think about what I could be doing instead of I sold the thing
you definitely want to go, and if she hasn't paid you yet, just be like "well, this is happening now."
I’d say if you’re actually wanting to be friends with your ex then take her, but otherwise it is what it is do what’s going to be the best time for you. But don’t sell your tickets it’s truly a once in a lifetime show
Sell the extra ticket and go by yourself. You’ll enjoy the show get a chunk of your money back. On a serious note, though, I went through a similar thing years ago with Green Day tickets. Bought them with then girlfriend, then we broke up and stayed friends, then I started seeing someone else. New girlfriend did not want me going on a long road trip with my ex and it was understandable. Ex was adamant that she should go because we made the plans months prior to the breakup. I ended up taking my girlfriend and now she’s my wife.
No Korea show is a shame since I’ll be back there next year. She hasn’t played there since 2011… wonder why.
Thinking about setting up a vacation around one of those European dates, would be killer to see her in Amsterdam or something.
was lucky enough to hit up both Minneapolis shows this weekend and man... what a fucking weekend. production was insane and the atmosphere was unreal, I kept getting high decibel updates on my watch throughout the night lol. a little bummed Justin Vernon wasn't included on one of the special songs for the weekend, but hell paper rings and FUCKING DEAR JOHN easily make up for it. easily one of those experiences so euphoric it will be hard to forget.
Curious to see how the LA shows do. SoFi can hold anywhere between 70-100k depending on how it's configured.
Have a friend who sold his Pittsburgh seats for $2200 each and was able to fund his entire Euro trip AND snagged a ticket for her in Germany today. Really wish I had gotten tickets when it was known there was no controls in place by Taylor to prevent marking up and reselling. She made some people A LOT of coin on the secondary this year.
Friend is attempting to go to a Stockholm show and currently has 21,257 people ahead of her in the online queue
I got tickets for Stockholm! Had 35000 people ahead of me and it was fine. Paid 730 SEK (~68 USD) per ticket. Thought it would be sooo much more expensive.
I decided to not try for a ticket, as money is kind of tight and I thought the tickets would be like hundreds of dollars, but my friend got two tickets for like $230 total, and you got one for $68, so I'm going to jump in the queue now and see what's left, haha
