Actually I have a sticker on my iPad that has a pic of Taylor and Harry and says “I love my divorced parents” so I definitely can’t judge

These football commercials keep playing the new Welcome To New York and it sounds kinda amazing, somehow more... cinematic and lush

just looked it up on Twitter. i agree. thought Speak Now TV did a great job showcasing a more vibrant production paired with her mature vocals, and somehow i think 1989 TV might give that a run for its money based on this clip

I did a listen through Speak Now TV yesterday, with "If This Was A Movie" and the two Hunger Games songs where they rightfully should be, and it flows great

based on the way TWAF was placed in the Fearless TV tracklisting, i'd imagine you'd place both Hunger Games songs after Superman and before Electric Touch, sliding ITWAM back in its original spot.

i will say while i'm not a huge fan of the revisionism taking place, sonically i didn't mind the removal of ITWAM. of any of the original bonus tracks, it sounds the closest to something you'd hear on Fearless. not sure if i can say the same about the Hunger Games songs re: Red because they kind of exist in their own sonic space.

I’m going to be so mad if they censor any of it lol. Think you’re only allowed like one “fuck”, right?

MPA and AMC aren't related to each other

My guess is that it's not the full concert front to back, and they include the right songs to keep it PG13

Pretty much every major movie theater chain has an agreement with the MPA to only show rated movies. And there’s no way a Taylor Swift movie gets an R rating because no one 16 and under would be allowed without a guardian.
So yeah.. some songs are either gonna be censored or cut entirely.

isn't the limit for PG-13 one fuck? from what i'm seeing from the setlist, there would be at least 4 if she did the full set

If any are used sexually that’s an automatic R.

Weren’t the long pond sessions on Disney+? I’m sure they were censored there.

It's not an exact science at all, lots of nuance

they are censored there in order to keep a TV-14 rating. this was before Disney+ started allowing R and TV-MA-rated content.

i don't really care if they're censored in the film or not, but if she ever gives distribution rights to a streamer, i wonder if she'd do an uncensored cut on that platform, assuming it's something she cares about.

Yo I've just gone to listen to the long pond version of folklore on Spotify, and it just plays the regular recordings from folklore? Is it like that for everyone else?

Did you scroll down to the long pond session versions? For some reason the studio version in the album precedes the live versions.

It hadn’t occurred to me until right now, but this might be the best argument ever for why the “one ‘fuck’ only or it’s an automatic R” rule is one of the most idiotic things on the planet.

Oh man I'm an idiot, thanks for your help! Why not put those versions first in the tracklisting?
