per a preemptive JB Hi-Fi listing (which has since been taken down), word on the street is that the Target/tangerine vinyl bonus track is Sweeter Than Fiction. definitely picking it up now.

 

That would be such a bizarre way to release that song

 

i wholeheartedly expected it to be on the standard tracklisting, tbh, so it does seem odd to relegate it to a vinyl-only bonus track (for now). if true, however, i'll take it.

 

That song is so mid.

 

it's kooky and shouldn't really work with it's melodic structure, but that's kind of why i like it, lmao.

 

I really never cared for it, and it made me super skeptical of her doing a full pop pivot. Luckily, everything on 1989 is much better.

 

All true, song is bad, but having it as a exclusive bonus track is just another weird unorganized release haha

My wife told me that the delulus (delusional Taylor Swift fans) think there's a second disc with more vault, collaborations and the Kendrick remix

I hope after all these re-releases are out, she's like "oh wait, there's more!" and releases a full disc of more vault songs for each album. That's my dream haha.

The handling of the soundtrack songs in general has been odd.

Don’t forget “If This Was a Movie,” the song inexplicably left off Speak Now TV.

 

I feel incredibly confident there's gonna be more vault stuff at some point. Adding to the mystique, catalog, and cash flow? That's a TS no brainer

 

i'd love a separate collection of "vault"/bonus songs. she could really benefit from a B-sides release. granted, she'd probably want to make it widely available and not just relegate it for a RSD release.

 

What she should do is a box set in the style of Springsteen’s Tracks.

 

An album about the factory workers that have to press her 700 variants and album frames.
