I have the hide and seek and Betty’s garden vinyl

 

I have whichever one says woodvale in the corner in my car lol

 

I’ve got the “Clandestine Meetings” vinyl and a singed “In the Trees” CD. Clandestine Meetings has that “I’m doing good, I’m on some new shit” vibe to it, but the main cover over time has proven to be simply iconic.

For whatever reason I’ve been going with a variant vinyl (Jade Green for Midnights) and the main CD when options are given.

However, I’m not sure what to do with this vinyl. I still don’t love the main cover (this latest one is either my first or second favorite of the four), yet it’s the only one where I get a little bit of a feel for 1989’s OG cover, which I feel is important.

Tbh I get scared to even touch the album lest I'm too unholy and it turns to flames in my hand so as soon as I got it and cleaned up the dang star confetti I put it up on a shelf and there it remains!

"The 1" and "A Long December" as a playlist pairing is something I'm going to have to keep in my back pocket for the future.
