Honestly gives me Elvis Costello vibes

 

Castles Crumbling is very good

 

Haunted is a top 5 Taylor song for me and I’m not sure I like this version at all. The chorus especially is…off?

 

Patrick and Taylor sound so good together

 

this violin in Sparks Fly is 10/10

 

It seems like the main vocal in the chorus is sang an octave down

 

Two songs in and this sounds great so far

 

This is her best Taylor’s Version so far. Really made me fall back in love with the album which I always thought was the fan viewpoint of these versions.

i meant this is the first time they've gotten a vinyl release. the original non TV pressing didn't have any bonus tracks.

 

this is def the best TV in terms of the re-recordings. much less of an uncanny effect

Went to the vault first. These songs are good! Fall Out Boy song especially is a 10.

 

While I am still not a fan of Speak Now, I did give the tracks with Hayley/Fall Out Boy a listen and wow. Yes. They are very good tracks.

 

I had to do a double take. I don't remember "Enchanted" ever being 6 minutes long! hahaha. Even listening to it now, it doesn't feel that long. Crazy.

I definitely remember one of the sexist critiques of this album at the time being something along the lines of "How dare this little girl write long songs!"
