how so? if she already has the masters, why not release more new music and not redone old songs?

 

I don’t think so. I imagine others will run with it and say that she needs to just release the full Speak Now (TV).

 

if she's rerecorded 3 songs from that era (2 of which were on a soundtrack and one of which was a bonus track), i guarantee you she's rerecorded more. especially for songs on a soundtrack, there's no reason for her to rerecord music for two songs that aren't even on any of her albums if she owns all the masters again. unless she says otherwise or stops releasing rerecordings altogether, i still don't buy this theory.

When will the Paramore/TS collar happen? During the Paramore set or TS?


Would be bold if Paramore didn’t do Misery Business and then came out to do a mashup with Better than Revenge in Taylor’s set.

 

Speaking of Galaxy brain, since my boss and I are seeing her in Nashville, my boss decided her dream is for Chris Stapleton to come out and do "Exile" with her... and I would love that so much.

 

If that happens, I'm going to be pissed I didn't come to Nashville.

We were talking at lunch about the country possibilities (rep tour got Tim and Faith doing Tim McGraw with her). Being able to see who drops in on Friday and Saturday before my show on Sunday will be brutal. Maren Morris, Keith Urban, Chris Stapleton all definitely in the realm of possibility off of recent TVs alone.

She's had Kelsea Ballerini as a guest before too. Probably a bunch of possibilities for your shows.

Oh god these lists are NEVER good, especially from a site like Billboard.

“Blank Space” being #1 is really something.

 

"Anti-Hero" at 3 is really a take, and clearly informed by how big of a hit that song was/is. I like "Anti-Hero," but c'mon, it ain't better than "Cruel Summer" or "All Too Well" (or, like, 50 other songs she's written).

It's my personal #1 if I were to rank her songs. I think its shows what we all love about her songwriting and it is/was her most successful single

 

I've been working on a master list of my personal Taylor preferences since Midnights came out and Black Space is my #23. I should revisit the list and see if anything shuffles now that Midnights has settled in.

 

Is "All Of The Girls You Loved Before" confirmed to be a Lover track that didn't make that album...?
