She needs to go all out for her debut re-release since it's not appreciated enough as is. If anything I kinda see Reputation being a bit more boring of a launch cause it still feels so recent in my brain, but I'm sure she'll find a way to make them all special and interesting.

I still want her to re-record the 1989 voice memos just cause it'd be funny lol

 

apparently some Swifties think that her mention of "this turn of events" in her IG post announcing the single somehow means that she got her old masters back...... not only is this a reach, it's counterintuitive.

 

What’s the batting average for the Swifties when it comes to things they predict and the things that end up actually being true? Gotta be absolutely dire, right?

 

I think this is at least the 5th times 1989 Taylor's Version is for sure coming out I have incontrovertible proof lol

Her Instagram post basically confirms that the 1989 tour arrangements of her older stuff are on 1989TV, which was pretty predictable but now I’m imagining the nomenclature:

“We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together (1989 Tour Version) (Taylor’s Version) (From The Vault)”

Would make sense for a pop punk song to have that long of a title

i got it - and enjoyed it - for the other albums but TV for 1989 seems pretty odd

 

Honestly this, I remembered this morning that we're getting a slightly updated take on this song and it made me very excited for 1989 TV whenever it happens.

 

We are all friggin clowns and she loves it.

 

I am going to die when she re-records Reputation...and I would love it if she brought back some of the old merch from that Era.

 

what's there to get? her best-selling album and she wants to control her masters.
