Isn't the dollar amount already hit by the initial pre-order cost though? It's like when Samsung bought a million Jay Z albums and then users redeemed for free. Samsung paid, and the users "indicated interest" or whatever the hell.

 

No idea if UPS are paying Taylor for each download code redeemed.
