I kind of support it thought cus it means they have to sit with the album before voting for it for the grammys so it's not just the new and exciting album always wins.
I agree. I feel like an album that came out in very late 2017 is more representative of 2018 than any album that came out in the second half of 2018....if that makes any sense. Plus, if the deadline was December 31, what happens to the albums that come out between the nominations and the end of the year?
It'll be interesting to how she reacts with her next album. Her general rejection of Red when it didn't get AOTY was so depressing - maybe not getting the nom at all despite such a successful tour cycle will help her realize it doesn't matter. Fingers crossed.
her just being like I'm Taylor fucking Swift would be refreshing, like we all know she has an amazing life just embrace it Tay
I have heard several rumors that the next album will be more pop/country hybrid like Red. Personally, I’m hoping for a weird rock-tinged album because I’m still not over the 1989 version of IKYWT.
An entire album in the vein of State of Grace might kill me and she could take Jimmy Eat World out to open and I could just Feel Things.
I don't blame her, and also I am so fascinated by the bit at the end about Ticketmaster using your face as your ticket (someday). There is just so much to unpack there and so many possible outcomes/repercussions (good and bad)/etc.
It's amazing that she did this and I love how they implemented it. There is a 100% chance I looked at that screen when entering the screen, I AM IN TAYLOR'S FACE DATABASE!!!!!
BMR has started to milk the back catalogue lol. There’s one of these for every album. I’ll check them out at some point but I’m not sure how much (if any) new info will be in here.
