I was in the wait room at 9:30 and it shows that it was pointless :worried:

So if StubHub is anything to go off of she’s selling seats behind the stage from the looks of it

That is the only option but no festival is going to be able to pay her what she expects and have the acts for the undercard to bring in people who aren't Taylor fans.

I don't think this is as feasible anymore. The 90s were so different.

Exactly this. She is as culpable in this as Ticketmaster as she could request that they make this as smooth as possible for her fans. She'd rather make money hand over fist instead (which is absolutely her prerogative and I'm ok with that).

Having 50 shows go on sale simultaneously is also part of the issue haha

I think part of it is the 4 year wait between tours which was unforseen obviously

    Things have changed.

I think he still does it, but I saw photos from the second night in a city that was basically half sold. Taylor would rather retire than have photos of a 1/2 full venue on social media.

I mean, even with the Lover festivals, we'd be looking at a 3 year wait for most markets (assuming a 2021 tour was a thing that could have happened)

I haven’t seen anyone purchase Chicago tickets yet. Have any of you?

3 hours later, my wife finally got in on Seat Geek, and got 6 tickets in her cart. Put in her credit card info and everything, but the country and state for the address wouldn't show up. Like, the drop down menu wouldn't even load up. And now every time she refreshes, it lets her into it, but says "no listings." And it's all of a sudden decided to say her code is invalid 10 times in a row now...

But when I try the link, it puts me in a waiting line which won't move.

Buying concert tickets shouldn't be a 3 hour mission that ends up breaking. It's so fucking stupid haha.

UPDATE: After refreshing and trying 15 times, she finally got them all... I'm shocked.

My queue hasn't moved at all. My aunt and cousin have gotten nowhere and we're all trying for different nights. My friend said hers moved like a sliver.

  10. nashville queue has only gone down like 400 people in over an hour. what the fuck is happening

This was a half hour ago and I'm still behind 1,700 people, if anyone is wondering how fucking slow the queues are right now.

I want to know how you get number, like 100, right off the bat.

    Literally a random number generator.

You RNG the initial batch of applicants and then RNG the selected applicants and fuck everyone over in the end.

It's not even fair to call it a lottery as lotteries have odds. This doesn't.

  16. Thinking about earlier this morning when I said “this might have cost me an hour or two extra at work if I wasn’t off today”. Lol. You stupid fucking idiot.

I was able to get back on and get tickets for my mom.

The wait sucked, but didn't end up spending that much today.

Not that they have an open box office at Ford Field for this, but it literally would have taken me less time to drive to Detroit and buy tickets in person if that were an option.

I genuinely preferred this. I don't care if it meant I spent a morning in line with scalpers smoking cigarettes and then holding up the line. I could at least get tickets.

Atlanta on Sunday just started moving fast and on Saturday a smidge faster than not moving at all.

For sure. Four year gap with multiple new albums and fans.

I really hope she wouldn’t be that obsessed with optics vs giving fans a fair chance to see her. But who are we kidding, I don’t know why we all think these mega artists care about their fans on such a micro level.

Started moving out of nowhere and halfway through the queue now. And got a message saying there is still a variety of availability
