I’ve been waiting for over an hour in the queue. For a while the bar was moving, and now the bar isn’t moving, but I haven’t received any sort of updates from Ticketmaster this entire time. I literally am uncertain if I’m even still in line to them. This system is kinda bad.
Someone should make artists have to sit through this process exactly one time. Setlists would triple in length.

I miss the days when my friends and I would go to the local grocery store's customer service desk, look at the big poster of upcoming concerts, get super excited, and then pay cash to get tickets right there on the spot, and pay an extra $5 or whatever for the convenience fee. What a world
