Looks like that may not actually be the case. My friend, who bought merch but did not have Lover Fest tickets, just got booted into a separate window that said her next opportunity would be at 2pm. They didn't even let her into the queue.

This is how these boosts have always worked for Taylor - except usually they tell you your on-sale window up front.
