I think she’s saying that people care so much about who Taylor is dating that if she ended up dating a climate scientist climate change would be solved because Swifties get so invested in who she dates and also media attention would be way more on climate change At least I think that’s what she was saying and not a dig at Taylor *shrug*

Katja, on the other hand, definitely posted the tweet to shine a light on how climate activism should be as prominent as press coverage of Taylor Swift's love life. she's very passionate about climate activism. also on a related note, Katja Herbers is an incredible actress and i've loved her work on Evil and The Leftovers.
