anyone been to a show in the side/behind stage seats? that’s what we’ve got for cincy this weekend and just a little bit of “maybe we should sell these cus we need the money” has been creeping in so i’m just seeking out any anecdotes from my obstructed view crew

(i’m still suspecting it’s gonna be a blast and we’re very much leaning on going, but i’m curious)

 

i have a colleague who had those seats with her two daughters. one of her daughters has a (relatively minor) back issue, she ended up going to guest service at the stadium and played that card under the guise of moving to seats that wouldn't require standing and they bumped her to a much better section with full visibility to the side.

i guess what i'm saying is worst case scenario, it never hurts to ask.

 

Not for this tour obv but I saw the cure with side stage obstructed views and it was still great! Would've been more magical not obstructed for sure but I could still see pretty well. I just had to crop my photos/videos so the object I don't know the name of because I don't know anything about stage setups wasn't ruining all the shots. But that was also for the cure prices aka like $20 per ticket so swift priced obstructed views idk

 

My honest opinion on this tour is that your view doesn't really matter that much. So much of the experience is being part of the crowd and everyone singing along together. I'd imagine you get that anywhere in the stadium.

 

I would pay an ungodly amount to see this tour again even with restricted view but I’m not a mentally stable person

 

one of my best friends had this view in Nashville and she said for about 75% of the show she didn't even notice. she said the folklore era opening trio were the only ones she didn't see at least some of them on the stage itself.

That's only a month away, crazy to add another LA now!

 

If I had tickets to the previously last LA show, I'd be so salty.

Edit: wait, misread it. She added it before that one.

 

Should have done San Diego instead. LOL

 

Both Taylor and the foo fighters are in the uk at the same time in June

 

So anyone get a code yet?

EDIT: I knew not getting those Glendale tix was my only chance with TM.

 

as someone with tickets to the last LA show, for a millisecond I was pissed lol

 

LA is going to be the real test of her stamina. I'd be a little concerned if I had tickets for one of the dates on the latter end of that.

 

nah, if anyone can do it flawlessly, it's t-sweezy

 

I have a lot of faith in her, but I know how vocal fatigue works.
