She basically shut down the entire north shore. They were on the news all week/weekend telling people not to go downtown unless they had tickets for Taylor swift.

 

I was in Pittsburgh all week and everywhere I went they told me to leave while I still could. Wish I had tickets. It's been too long since I've seen Taylor live.

 

TIL there are a lot of dramatic ass people in Pittsburgh. It wasn’t bad at all in Detroit or Nashville. Busy? Yeah. But come on.

 

Navigating Pittsburgh wasn’t actually that bad? Imo, anyway.

 

I parked for free and walked 10 minutes from the venue and had no traffic.

Last night was magical for sure. Never experienced an event like that before. The hangouts beforehand and the friendship bracelet trading, plus the actual show which I was not prepared to emotionally drained afterward.

I had some issues getting out after the show. It took about an hour to leave the actual parking lot. Overall though, I’m used to PGH traffic and it’s manageable.

 

How would it be any different than any of the 8 Steelers home games Pitt has every year lol

 

it’s about 10k more people that also don’t go to Steelers games all the time and don’t know how to navigate the traffic etc.

I couldn’t get tickets but met some friends atop mt Washington and it made for a really cool moment with a handful of other fans and a glorious view of the city. Couldn’t hear or see well obviously but could make out a lot of the songs and see the stadium screen with the zoom on my phone haha.

 

Vernon is showing up for the Minneapolis dates right? Bon Iver is back from Europe. Like there’s no way that that isn’t happening. I think we’ve all know this for a while.

A friend and I have been thinking of going to Lisbon for her birthday next year... and Taylor's gonna be there that week. Didn't need to know that.

Those Amsterdam shows are really tempting. Pregame at a weed cafe beforehand.

 

Yes but she does build in a lot of time off between shows (I’m sure she’s still extremely busy in between). 1-2 month gap here and there, some months have 5-8 shows. I’d say because she’s the biggest artist in the world she can afford to tour like this (and obviously has to also move an entire production around the world).

 

I originally clicked on the 6/22 date but when I went through the form it only let me pick a city not a date. So I guess whatever they give me!

As someone with tickets to Coachella, I’m trying not to get too excited about that big April gap in her schedule
