The cd edition that’s being sold in nj this weekend is called midnights (the late night edition). It’s up on her store for 24 hours to purchase for 5.99 and comes with you’re losing me
9 AM points to the “Breakfast Edition” which is a Taylor Swift cereal with a CD inside that includes all the bonus tracks AND “Paris” and “Glitch” with 9 different collectible covers. Also comes with a color changing spoon that matches all the eras. And on the back of the box is a puzzle with scrambled letters that makes up the Speak Now TV tracklist.
Ice Spice is good, she wasn’t done justice by this remix. Either it’s her fault for not matching what they did with the instrumental or they produced it in a weird ass way after. I just saw a Tik tok of what her verse would sound like if it was on the OG beat and the difference was crazy, however some of those ad libs lol yeah not the vibe
Live premiere of the Karma feat Ice Spice music video at the show right now. It’ll be out at (you guessed it) midnight.
Dang. Held two amazing ones for Jersey. I really wish Maroon was in the main set list. Still one of my favorites off Midnights
I would love an extremely candid interview with Ice Spice on the process of being asked to collaborate and then making this song and video. There’s not much of a situation in which she’d decline from a career perspective (and who knows, she could be a massive Taylor Swift fan, though I have not gotten that from her past music and comments) but the combination of their artistry is very awkward to me and does not work in my opinion.
3 hours and 40 mins from start to finish (excluding the credits). What a consummate performer. That was honestly an endurance test for folks who, no pun intended, seemed wiped right around Folklore, and took to their seats in the sections around me. They got their second wind though for 1989 through the rest of the show.
