The clips of fans waiting for hours outside Electric Lady, where she has been the past few days, then chasing her car as it pulls away and following it all the way back to her house and all the way up to her garage which isn’t super publicly accessible is insane.
I saw a good reddit post about how most of those "fans" probably watched Miss Americana, and the scene where she gets swarmed walking to her car and obviously hates it, yet these "fans" apparently took nothing from that scene
I took a walk past Electric Lady studios this afternoon (since I realized it was so close to my work, and there are so many legendary records put to tape there), and there were definitely a handful of Swifties out there just….lingering
Anyways, my wife and I weren’t able to get tickets to the NY shows this weekend, and she’s been super bummed about it. I want to surprise her with a Taylor “party” where I make bracelets, put up a disco ball, Taylor themed drinks, etc., and try to find a livestream or something, do you guys have any ideas for what I can do? I bought her an Eras tour tshirt as a consolation, but want to try to make it cute and fun
My quick answer is to troll TikTok for what fans have done for parties before, I'm sure you'll find way too many ideas that way
