I'm not a big fan of features in songs generally, so I'd prefer the double album theory where 1 disc is all her and disc 2 is all featured artists.
A double album of cheesy pop collaborations and then a singer songwriter solo side would eeeeeeennnnnnndddddddddd me
It almost has to be a double, right? I mean, she's never exactly made short albums. If this is "more songs than her previous albums," it's at minimum 17 tracks.
Finally watched the official video last night. Love the snake to butterfly transition at the video, and it looks like the whole thing was just a lot of fun. Cool to go back and watch the billboard performance right after and see how they translated it to the stage too. I definitely agree with the criticism that maybe Brendan was featured a little too much, just because he has such a killer voice. Damn. Makes me wished I liked the new POD stuff. Anyways just good to see Taylor having fun and putting new music out. I doubt that the rest of the album will have the same “bubble gummy” lyrics, she’s a creative lyricist when she wants to be, that’s for certain.
I definitely have, just not while hearing that song after a corny Carson Daly lead-in while panning over Times Square.
If Beyoncé can force Drake into a perfect feature so can Taylor aka Mine is the under respected champ of that self-titles album
I just had this funny (to me) thought that Taylor showed up somewhere similar to the butterfly mural yesterday but no one was there because no one cracked the 5/13 code. Haha.
