I had the In The Trees version in my cart before I even realized there were other options, but then I looked around before pulling the trigger and I still went with my original choice. They are all awesome but I really love the one with her standing in the woods.
This was also my exact scenario, except I ordered it before I realized there were more. But I'm happy with the choice that I made.
I think at this point I like Lover more than 1989 *barely*, but Reputation doesn't come close to either.
And I’m sitting here thinking reputation was her best ever. But I still don’t like Lover as a whole, unfortunately. I think folklore will for sure redeem that one for me
I've not been the biggest T-Swift fan as a whole. I really like Red, 1989, and Lover, but haven't gotten super into the rest of her stuff. That said, I'm so excited about this album I'm about to do a full discography run. Everything about this sounds amazing and I want to get properly pumped up.
I never connected with Reputation, but both 1989 and Lover for me are just absolute straight masterpieces.
I started to lose hope after my huge disappointment with Reputation, but Lover got me back on track, for sure. I can't wait for (what I assume will be) fall-time, stripped down, emo Taylor.
IDK, this album announcement seals it for me that Lover Fest is not going to happen. I think it's gonna get scrapped entirely - otherwise I think it would have been rescheduled by now. It's not like there's a ton of competition for stadium tour dates in the middle of the summer.
I wouldn't put Reputation up at the top in terms of albums, but I definitely would put Reputation Tour at the top in terms of her tours.
bunch of folks online talking about "Safe & Sound" as if that isn't one of the weakest songs in her catalog. but now I've queued up a bunch of music by the Civil Wars so it's all good.
