Same. I’m looking back though and I think I love them all. I think the only one I wasn’t over the moon for was “mad woman”.
Invisible String. 1:30...I had to replay it 3x. I thought she was saying “cutting me open and hearing me fart.”

Taylor Swift: Folklore review – bombastic pop makes way for emotional acuity first of probably many perfect reviews
Finished my first listen. My initial top 3 are Exile, Peace and Mirrorball. There were two songs that on first listen I knew were my least favorite, but this album is still amazing from start to finish. Can't wait to listen to it all again tomorrow morning.
My friend was just saying this, like - is Lover still going to get its own tour? I could imagine a big massive Lover tour (if things open back up) and a smaller vibe for folklore. but at this point, who the fuck knows.
Need to put in a lot more time with this, but Betty is insanely good. Also, the storytelling, in general, is unreal.
I listened without track names, but immediate standouts were the 1 the one about the colors the harmonica one betty the one with jack background vocals this is me tryin
Caved and went to buy copy of the vinyl and then realized if I buy two copies its free shipping so....
I like to listen to a record a lot before making anything other than broad statements but, after one listen, my goodness did this record hit for me. Each and every song. Probably my favorite first listening experience since Palms. Maybe even going back to ILWYS.
