I don't like calling things "guilty pleasures" because I think you shouldn't feel guilty for enjoying something, but... yeah reaction videos are my guilty pleasure. I have no idea why I like them so much.
This is one of the storylines from that show that never fails to make me laugh. I love that the stop motion video is like four seconds long. And also that it's set to an R.E.M. song that Adam Scott probably chose himself. I'm not judging anyone for liking them! You do you! I'm just always surprised there are so many of them.
My wife took a stop motion animation class a few years ago so re-watching those episodes was extra good recently. It’s definitely an example of “truth in comedy.”
while we are talking P&R, we've been re-watching recently, and I realized Ben's looks at the camera are 100% better than Jim's. EDIT: Now that I think about it, Ben is easily my favorite character. His obsession with early 90s alt rock, his fear of cops, how he acts when he's trying to be "chill", his whole back and forth with the accounting firm, it's all perfect.
Adam Scott and the character of Ben remained solid and consistent, even in the most rough and out-of-character moments in that uneven final season.
Hmmm. Taylor Swift: Cold As You/Should've Said No Fearless: Breathe/Tell Me Why Speak Now: Long Live/Haunted Red: Come Back, Be Here/All Too Well 1989: Clean/All You Had to Do Was Stay Reputation: New Years Day/Getaway Car/Call It What You Want Lover: Death By A Thousand Cuts/The Archer folklore: this is me trying/illicit affairs I am late but I am participating
I’m a big fan of Jim and Ben. And Adam and John and John’s wife who eclipses both in every way Emily Blunt. I enjoy them all.
