Is there anywhere I can get a studio version of “I’d Lie”? I always loved that one and surprised it didn’t make the self titled, think it would have made a great single.

 

Wow it’s crazy how country that first record is and how instantly the pop shift is clear from the start on Fearless.

I didn’t pay much mind to Peace and Hoax at first, but damn they’re becoming two of my favorites. I’m typically one for a nice grand closing, but I really dig how this album closes out.

Love the music a lot for Peace, the little guitar and piano parts are so good.

"Our coming of age has come and gone/Suddenly this summer, it's clear" is one of the best openers to any Taylor Swift song ever.

 

Thinking about how loud everyone was about Taylor appropriating indie on this album but crickets when she appropriated Weezer on “Paper Rings”

 

I feel like Paper Rings got such a warm reaction from everyone. That was easily one of my favs on the first few listens of the album. ‍

 

A lot of entertainment to be had in some of those Folklore reaction videos on YouTube btw.

 

Everyone’s reaction to her saying “fuck” is my favorite.

 

I've also been getting hit harder by peace the last few listens. It's grown on me a ton

 

Have watched at least 25 of these just to see the exile reaction lol

 

Anyone else feel like the vocal delivery in peace is similar to that on False God?

I can’t believe this album has been out for over a week and I still can’t ACTUALLY tell you what my favorite song on it is. It’s literally all of them.

"This is Me Trying", "Peace" and "Hoax" are my current favorites...this is definitely my album of the year and I have never heard a full album from her before this (although I have enjoyed songs from several releases)

 

This so instantly became my favorite Taylor Swift album. Like, within the first day, there was no question.

 

Also, having re-listened (or listened to a couple for the first time) to everything at least twice in the last week, this is where I stand at the moment:
