I did a tweet thread of my top 30 for her 30th birthday. Now I feel the need to re-assess and revise.

 

Last night was sick!

makes me feel better knowing my tickets weren’t great anyway. After being in the pit for reputation, I had no desire to spend money for seats anywhere, so we just too first row of the top deck for cheap. Now that it’s all delayed, maybe some more will open up along the stage... at least that’s the silver lining I’m pulling from this.

Her delivery of "I used to scream ferociously" is prob my favorite moment of the album. Idek why but I get so hyped up for that moment

 

I've been off my computer for most of the weekend but just popping in to say that I very much need her to do this

 

I want it so bad, haha. It would make the entire re-recording project (which I’m interested in, but don’t really NEED) completely worthwhile. I wouldn’t say no to her doing her own version of the song she gave to Sugarland either.

Yep. Super curious how many there are. Could have been a double album, probably.

Now I'm thinking about the lyrical connections between "Babe" and folklore

This album is overflowing with great lyrics, but I think my favorite at the moment is "in my defense I have none". So fucking great.
