really didn't like this when it first came out but it's grown on me a ton. tough to compare it to the first three records but it's definitely very very good

I do think it's their weakest overall but it does have some amazing songs on it

 

It’s been growing on me

 

I think this is his best honestly. It just kinda got buried for me by everything else plus also the fact that February feels like an absolute fucking age ago. More consistent than Currents, maybe lacks the same highs but I love it front to back.

 

I like it but it definitely got buried with everything else that has come out, at least for me. It feels like it came out an eternity ago too.

 

I could cut this thing down to 5 tracks the rest of this is still pretty blah to me

 

I need to revisit this, I still spin Lost In Yesterday a bunch but I haven’t really listened to the whole thing in a while.

 

Put Lost In Yesterday and Breathe Deeper on a 7-inch and it would be one of the top releases of the year.

I remember listening to Lost in Yesterday for the first time like a year ago being super excited that his tour was scheduled to come through St. Louis after like half a decade since he was last there. I had such hope and dreams.

 

that was your first mistake. never have hopes for anything.
