Nope I was completely sober this show so I'm sure I'm not just forgetting Maybe they just skipped a song
They have too many songs for me to ever bother to figure out a top 5, but it is one of their best, for sure.
Current: Spin-16 Up Against(Blackout)-0 Sleep-10 Divine Intervention-6 Miami-10 Liar(It Takes One To Know One)-6 My Blue Heaven-15 I'll Let You Live-1 Twenty-Twenty Surgery-3 What's It Feel Like To Be-13
Miami over Liar is a big surprise to me. Not that Liar is amazing, but Miami is really not an enjoyable track for me.
"Miami" is hands down my favorite from this album and a top 10 TBS track for me. But I know it's really divisive.
Up Against (Blackout) Divine Intervention Liar (It Takes One To Know One) My Blue Heaven What's It Feel Like To Be A Ghost
Spin Divine Intervention Miami My Blue Heaven What's It Feel Like To Be A Ghost(Both great songs though)
I wanted to go to this. ETID and TBS are two of my favorite live bands. Waited just a little too long to buy tickets and then they sold out. $100+ on the secondary market, just couldn't swing it right now.
Spin Divine Intervention Liar(It Takes One To Know One) My Blue Heaven What's It Feel Like To Be A Ghost
That's why I always follow the rule of thumb; but them as soon as they go on sale. So glad I did that with this show
Sad to say this but I had never heard of ETID before the concert. And I'm from Buffalo originally where they are from. But they were awesome. Put on a great show. I already downloaded a bunch of their albums.
I missed a round, so I guess my vote doesn't count, but I'd go with Swing. EMG is an amazing song and was my favorite for a long time on New Again, but overtime Swing just had a little more staying power for me. Adam and Fazzi trading the word swing in the chorus just does it for me.
Hell yea man, ETID are one of the best bands out there right now. Every person I know who has never heard of them usually loves them after seeing them live. Just an incredible live act. Plus, they've been consistently putting out classic albums for about a decade now.
Spin Divine Intervention Liar(It Takes One To Know One) My Blue Heaven What's It Feel Like To Be A Ghost
Spin Divine Intervention Miami I'll Let You Live What's It Feel Like To Be A Ghost This is definitely going to be the most interesting round. I've never taken to Sleep like others have, but I've always loved Divine Intervention. Just a nice simple acoustic song. I dig it. Liar is one of those songs that I never listen to on it's own, but I love in the context of the album and live, but Miami I can listen to either way. I'll Let You Live over My Blue Heaven was tough, could have the other way. Ghost was the only easy choice here.
This is another album where hearing the demos made me like the final product a little less. The demo versions of 20/20 and Ghost are so much better than what we got on the album. Damn you Eric Valentine! First you came for Louder Now, then the self-titled!
I don't get the love many artists have for this guy. His drum production blows, the guitars sound too processed and he makes every bass guitar sound like it's been strung with flat-wound strings that haven't been changed in 5 years playing through a shitty solid-state amp.
