Haven’t gotten around to seeing them live in over a decade. Love the idea of getting to see a joint John & Fred show. Maybe I should go to their social media accounts and try to pressure them into playing something from New Again, like “Carpathia.”
Seems like a b-market tour and only about a month long. Wonder if they've got new music in the works and plan on doing a major market tour in the Fall?
Oh man starting off in Dewey Beach, I thought that was memorial day weekend at first, woulda been a complete shitshow down there. Still will be honestly but at least won't be as bad. We have actual class/work the next day, but maybe we can swing it.....woulda been more fun to be able to stay the night and make a beach trip out of it though.
We saw them in Dewey a couple years ago for the 152 tour I believe and they sounded great tbh, best I had heard them sound in a while

I don’t think this is the most amazing aesthetic in the world (the groomsmen comment wasn’t wrong). But, it doesn’t look bad and for some of them looks good. And, I also fully support people in a live performance making choices beyond just casual clothes.
My thing is like if you’re going to do it, wear something that doesn’t look like I could go to any target and get the same exact look. I want bands to look cooler than me generally.
You guys must not have noticed that they changed the color of suits they're wearing. Major difference.
I know this isn't the first time, but I do appreciate that they're including the full live band in promo photos. Tour isn't coming close enough for me to hit it up, so I'm just gonna keep hoping for new music.
