I refuse to believe Tidal Wave is 9-years-old.

Maybe when Tidal Wave turns 10 I’ll finally get into it.

 

Phoenix show was supposed to be on Sunday. It wasn’t selling too great at a 5k cap room and got postponed due to a water leak issue at the venue. Show is now tonight in an amphitheater which is roughly 20k (a lot less without lawn, and it looks like they aren’t even trying sell above 200’s).

bummed the Van Buren was booked as I imagine they’d have fit into the 1,800 cap venue based on sales.

Having seen TBS 30+ times and never w/ Fred I’ll most likely still go but the additional 30 min drive and venue change has dampened my excitement some.

 

Man, I really enjoyed this EP. 17 feels insane.

 

Me too. I miss Straylight so much. Selfishly, I’m hoping that after John’s recovery he will be able to give some time to do some Straylight shows beyond WWWY.

 

Saw a few posts on TikTok of recent Iive videos with people commenting on how much better they sound live. And how Adam "100% saw the comments on videos and listened to his fans and finally took vocal lessons". Uhhh...no. They listened to Fred and finally tuned down another step. lol

It's wild though how much better they sound by tuning down. Most everything seems easy for him now.
