I had posted about in here previously, but I was an extra in the unreleased "I'm The Only One Who Knows You" video back in October 2023 when they shot it at Shine's, my favorite and also corner bar, after they weren't able to shoot on the Long Beach Boardwalk.

Mark was at the boardwalk for the shoot but not at Shine's, which was confusing but in retrospect maybe the animated conversations they were having were related to him fucking up the permits or something? I dunno, all this drama jogged my memory about how weird it was that he wasn't at the second shoot. Vibes were also interesting.

Anyway, here's Adam and my dog again.

I generally don't like to just say someone's music is bad, but these Mark songs are just straight up embarrassing for him, and the replies from that producer in the comments are not doing him any favors. He needs to seek help elsewhere ASAP.

 

Really funny to hear people try to shit on Adam for being a narcissistic douche, but his wife’s IG page just shows him doing normal dad shit and bonding with their dog.

 

How interesting, I thought the scrapped boardwalk video was for Keep Going, since that was was released as a single but only had a visualizer. Also fascinating to hear that tensions were high then, too.

 

I understand that the way he presents himself to the public might be very different to how he interacts privately with people he’s known 20+ years, but I am having a hard time reconciling the idea of him being that much of a narcissistic douchebag with the version of him explaining the mechanics behind Santa riding a unicorn on his sweater and using the word “toots.”

 

Really impressive that Mark is able to make music this terrible.

I rediscover Brooklyn like once every 5 years. It’s weird, but I intentionally haven’t added it to my library, so it’s just this perfect little treat that hits randomly. So fucking good.

 

That and “Sleep” are such underrated jams.
