Highly doubt this but…The Offspring? Someone in tour thread said they were headlining a stacked tour next summer.
My idea would be for Jesse to wear the “proudly swinging since…” shirt and Adam wear the “mics are for singing…” shirt. Obviously, I don’t want BN back on tour, but I would find that funny if it happened.
Shit, they should just have every former and current member of the band play on tour…there’s like 9 of them, 10 if you count whoever their new drummer ends up being. Just have em all up there going hard. Taking Back Slipknot
Guys Fred covered it in his YouTube video "Things I Learned From Touring". It's part of his final point. Also he has told me he thinks Dexter sounds like Weird Al (no, Fred isn't my "source" for the goss I've posted here but I do know him) I very much doubt this got to Dexter or would be an impediment if they were to tour together, if the Coheed thing fell through. But I don't think it's The Offspring. Awful band, too. I mean I like Smash and Ignition as much as the next guy but have you heard their latest single? Yeesh
I think The Offspring has been relatively consistent throughout most of their career. Their last few albums have definitely been their weakest, but the most recent one was an improvement, in my opinion.
"Make It All Right" is the most shameless rewrite of "All the Small Things" it's nauseating "Come to Brazil" makes me want to die The anonymous interchangeable punk songs sound like they were generated by AI Dexter's voice is so processed he doesn't even sound human With "The Fall Guy" they rewrote their own song "Army of One" from the previous album, IT'S THE SAME EXACT SONG "OK But This is the Last Time" is just a deeply embarrassing thing for 60 year olds to write and perform Truly one of the worst albums I have ever heard
i don't think i've listened to The Offspring since the year 2000. this is way too much Offspring talk.
Coheed is a way better band than both of them so I’ll gladly take them doing their own tour over a coheadliner with TBS lol
