I meant it to be hahaha. But at the same time, I do (kinda) believe that at this point. Love TAYF for nostalgia, but it isn't perfect. Ghost Man On Third and There's No I In Team are the ones I mainly return to these days
haha I figured as much Tbh I will always return to those two tracks as well as Bike Scene and Timberwolves, even Great Romance. I've played the record so much over the years I've definitely become a bit jaded when it comes to the singles.
Love Timberwolves, it's actually been a while since I've listened to that one, I'm gonna do that right now lol. My friend and I had a band that lasted like 2 minutes and we named ourselves Timberwolves after that song.
Louder Now New Again Where You Want to Be Tell All Your Friends It's ok, we can be different. I'll go live on an island now. I think it's important to note that Louder Now is what got me into Taking Back Sunday. I was aware of singles from previous albums due to Fuse playing them regularly. But at the end of the day, makedamnsure got its hooks into me and I was along for the ride. I had no affinity for TAYF or WYWTB upon their release. Most likely due to my age and not being exposed to those albums very much. With that said, I absolutely understand other perspectives that flip my ranking on its head.
I am always perplexed at the Head Club hate on here. I think it's a great closer to an iconic album. Back in 2002-2003 when TAYF was all the Taking Back Sunday I had, every single song was hot fire and I still feel that way today when the right nostalgia mood hits.
I'm not ranking anything ever again in here except for 152 when it becomes their best album in a month
WYWTB TAYF LN TW HI NA TBS From the singles and the impressions from others I've heard so far, it seems like 152 will easily slot into that second tier. Would be pleasantly surprised if it made its way into the top tier.
