How about we just cut to the chase and name You Can't Look Back as the winner of this album and move on?
I voted Fences because in 2017 and on I'd rather see TBS go that route than the hard hitting Deathwolf style.
Currently: Holy Water-10 I'll Find A Way To Make It What You Want-8 You Can't Look Back-11 All Excess-7 Call Come Running-16 In The Middle Of It All-2 Death Wolf-8 Fences--10 Edit: updated hadn't counted Raditz
The chorus is actually the weak part of the song for me, but still good. All excess is probably my favorite chorus on TW.
Holy Water All Excess Call Come Running Fences Damn, again the Death Wolf match up was the toughest. I absolutely love Fences and it just slightly edges out Death Wolf. The chorus is just a little better in my opinion, from the lyrics down to the layered acoustic guitar. All Excess vs You Can't Look Back was a hard one too. But in the end, John's vocals over Adam's during the verse just gets me every time. I can never not sing "HAAADDDDD AAAAA CHOOOOIIIICEEEEEEE" when John does haha. You Can't Look Back is a great song, but the bridge drags on just a little too long in opinion, so All Excess gets the edge here.
All Excess was probably my least favorite song on the album on my first listen, but now it's way up there.
I'm confused and playing catch up. Voting on top 4 songs of each album and tallying essentially? Currently being on Tidal Wave?
Since TBS only has seven albums is one album going to be given a runner up (assuming we are heading towards an elite eight of course)? Or would we do a b-sides vote for the final spot in an elite eight?
